Study at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine

The world’s leading research-focused graduate school (Thomson Reuters / Times Higher Education, 2013)

Are you looking to use your Undergraduate degree towards a Master’s course where you can learn how Smartphone technology can help prevent and cure blindness; how a mother’s diet affects her child’s DNA; or how to model disease outbreaks? Join us at the London School for Hygiene & Tropical Medicine on our mission to improve health worldwide.
Apply now for a September 2014 start.

You can choose from a range of 24 global health courses such as:

·         MSc Epidemiology, with its substantive statistical component, you will learn the methods that underpin clinical medical research and investigate the causes of disease.
·         MSc Public Health, where you can specialise in a number of areas from health economics to services management, and focus on global health in low- to high-income settings.

Or, if you prefer a more hands-on clinical or laboratory-based course, read about the:

·         MSc Medical Microbiology, where you spend a good proportion of your course in our cutting-edge laboratories looking into the diagnosis of pathogens of major significance to public health.
·         MSc Tropical Medicine & International Health, designed for doctors whose interest lies in the practice of medicine in low- and middle-income countries.

Your options don’t end once you join the School either. Many of our Master’s modules overlap, allowing you to choose from a wide range of topics, from Environmental Epidemiology to Nutrition in Emergencies.

Visit our Virtual Open Day for further details and to hear about our Course Directors, current students and graduates and to have a 360° tour of the School.
